Learn the ergonomic benefits of Activator® Poles over other passive assistive devices. Designed by an Occupational Therapist and Gerontologist to have added safety and comfort features over other poles on the market. Deemed by clients as an ability tool vs disability device. -
Treatment Modalities and Exercises
Learn how the Activator® Poles will change your clinical practice by adding innovative exercise ideas to your treatment sessions. The course provides many exercise examples and demonstrations to help improve functional movements for clients with a variety of diagnosis: ortho injuries, PD, MS, Stroke, Vestibular, to name a few.

Sarah has been a Physical Therapist Assistant for 7 years and a certified personal trainer for 3 years with focus on treating neurological disorders. She led "Poles in the Park" in Arizona, South Carolina, and Virginia, where she took people with Parkinson's walking throughout local parks using activator poles. She currently lives in Suffolk, VA and enjoys taking her dog to the beach!
