Your registration for the on-demand course allows you access for a six month time frame. Generally speaking, the course should take four hours to complete therefore this time frame is generous.
Should your access expire you can pay to gain access for $25 reactivation fee. No refunds are permitted.
Virtual live courses are set on specific dates and are communicated at the time of registration. It is your responsibility to ensure your time is blocked off accordingly. We understand that cancellations are necessary, if this it the case please notify us ASAP so we can advise the instructor of your absence. For those that notified us prior to the original course commencement date/time, you will be granted access through a code to an upcoming virtual live course of your choice. Should you not notify us of your absence you will be charged a $25 reactivation fee to be included in a subsequent course. No refunds are permitted.
Live courses arranged through a local Master Trainer are under the direction of that Master Trainer. As live courses require additional coordination we would ask that you provide notice of your absence directly to the Master Trainer, a minimum of 48 ahead of your confirmed course date. It is up to the Master Trainer to advise you of an upcoming course date, and whether availability exists. Failure to advise the Master Trainer of your intended absence may result in your complete loss of course fees. Poles and accessories included in the course will be yours to keep. No refunds are permitted.
These courses are the to the direction of your employer and should be arranged through them should you need to miss a previously scheduled course date.
